Many North Ranch owners have still not paid their May $45 HOA dues. It is not too late!

This is the safest and most reliable payment method. Contact your bank or credit union for set up.
Your Lot number must be on the payment account to be processed.
Your property account number is your Lot number
1. Select E-Check
2. Register yourself as a user
3. Property type: Association Add your property, or properties
4. Enter payment information. Select association as type of property. You must have your bank account number and routing number. Enter the information when prompted:
Management ID: 1176
Association ID: NR
5. Select your payment date and occurrences up to 36 months.
Confirm your payment schedule. Then you are done!
Please select a date no later than the 15th of the month for all payments. Payment not received by the Association 30 days from the 1st of each month are charged a late fee of $15.00
Pay by check:
Send checks to the payment address of record. Your Lot number must be on the payment to be processed and must be legible or the bank will return the payment.
